Monday Minimize
Rhythmic Gymnastics Ages 3 - 5
Monday 11 - 12 pm
Rhythmic gymnastics is based on diverse physical and dance exercises, performed in coordination with music. Students interpret and express musical tempo, rhythm and character through movement. Rhythmic gymnastics counts on a huge set of possible movements. It strengthens and develops muscles and joins.
Ballroom Dance Ages 3 - 5
Monday 12 - 1 pm
Class covers the fundamentals of ballroom dance. In addition to teaching the basic skills, one of the main goals of this class is to teach children to love and enjoy dancing.
Recreational Dance / Choreography Ages 6 - 10
Monday 4 - 5 pm
Fun and energizing class opens young students up to the fundamentals of dance. This class introduces children to the world of dance. They will learn different dance styles, such as: folk, ballroom, modern. Students will spend a third part of the class working on the posture, stretching. This class teaches coordination, flexibility and strength through short combinations and across the floor movement. Designed to build memory for choreography. 
CLOTHING: Jazz shoes or bare feet and gym clothes that will allow students to move freely. No jeans or jewelry please.
Recreational Dance / Choreography Ages 10 - 15
Monday 5 - 6 pm
Fun and energizing class opens young students up to the fundamentals of dance. This class introduces children to the world of dance. Modern Jazz Ages 10 - 15
Monday 6 - 7 pm
Modern jazz is an energetic and expressive dance style that incorporates a diverse set of modern influences including contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and acrobatics, which are in turn influenced by jazz. Jazz dancing showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. This class introduces children to the world of dance. Students will be introduced to various Jazz dance techniques and a variety of musical styles. 
CLOTHING: Jazz shoes or bare feet and gym clothes that will allow students to move freely. No jeans or jewelry please.
Ballroom adult
Monday 7 - 8 pm
Class will cover various ballroom dance styles. A partner is required for this class.

Students will be introduced to various dance techniques and a variety of musical styles.

A fun and energetic workout to the sound of your favorite tunes. The class is designed to condition the muscles and loose extra weight while learning Latin dance steps

Beginner Hip Hop Ages 8 - 11 **
Wednesday 5 - 6 pm
This is a beginner level class designed to introduce students to all aspects of hip-hop dance. Styles include contemporary hip-hop, popping, locking, tutting, and breaking. Classes will start off with a basic warm-up that targets the essential muscles used in these styles. Stretching and strength training are important when beginning these movements. After the warm-up, the class will break down and learn a combination routine. The combination teaches students the different ways to incorporate these styles together fluently. 
Clothing: Basic gym attire; dance sneakers or gym sneakers. No jeans or jewelry please.
Intermediate Hip-hop 13+
Wednesday 7 - 8 pm

Intermediate Contemporary Ages 13+**
Wednesday 6 - 7 pm
This class is heavily influenced by Modern and Ballet techniques and is designed to teach students how to express emotions and feeling through music. Students will freely express their own artistic voice in the class and work on choreography of their own. This class finishes with a more complex routine that incorporates the individual style of each student. 
CLOTHING: Bare feet and loose clothing or dance attire that will allow the student to move freely. No jeans or jewelery please.

1 hour/week Children 18 and younger: $249 per semester ( 5 months: September - January; February - June) or in 5 installments of $55
Semi – private $99 per month
Private classes children and adults: $40 per hour
