Sewing with Julia
Would you like to learn to:
- Sew your own clothes and create your own unique style?
- Alter your clothes?
- Sew decorations for your home?
- Use your own sewing machine?
Courses for various skill levels are available, a description of a beginner course is provided below.
The very first thing you need to learn is how to operate a sewing machine. Being comfortable and confident when dealing with a sewing machine will take most of your stress out of the process of sewing. This course is designed to help the beginners develop basic sewing skills and to take the mystery and frustration out of the process of operating a sewing machine. Taught by an experienced sewing instructor, this course will teach you how to make simple items, such as a pair of pajama pants with an elastic waist and 3 pillows of different shapes, with and without a zipper closure.
