VERBAL SAT PREP COURSE

The program of Verbal SAT Prep is tailored to the needs of high-school students who want to increase their scores. Although the program emphasizes all the aspects of the Verbal SAT test, it also addresses the specific challenges and needs of recent immigrants. Special attention is paid to the Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Grammar. The students are familiarized with the techniques of solving each specific problem of the test.

The SAT class helped me understand the English section of the test. Although I knew how to write before taking the test, I did not know that the SAT requires a certain type of writing. This class helped me learn how to write a good essay within twenty-five minutes. It greatly improved my knowledge of vocabulary, something that is essential for the test. Amazingly, my English writing for school improved as well. My final score for the verbal part of SAT was 630 in critical reading and 710 in writing.
