- -Learn to listen to and open ones heart and mind when one chooses to do so and protect self with golden light
- -Become familiar with the five elements and be conscious of energy
- -Learn to trust ourselves, our instincts and our psychic abilities and realize that we can choose happiness and our path in life
- -Learn to invite the Divine into our lives to help heal ourselves and others
- -Cook mindfully, learn to choose and combine foods that nourish you and those around you
- -Use dance as a medium to express emotions and release fear
- -Learn to let go of what is not needed
Small class size, with a maximum of 8 students.
This class directs children towards a positive attitude in life, assuming responsibility for health and happiness.
On Thursdays 3 - 4 PM.
The cost is $249 per semester. (Sept - Jan 31st, or Feb - Jun 16th).
